Membership in SAME includes many branches of the military as well as other federal, state, and local agencies that provide and utilize engineering, planning, architecture and construction services. Our membership also includes the majority of the Southern California’s major civilian engineer, planning, architectural, and construction firms that provide professional services to federal, state, and local agencies.
